This privacy policy explains how ItalRisto Group AG processes personal data when you visit our website, fill in a form or make a reservation. It is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data processing for reservations

Reservations are handled via the Foratable platform operated by Lunchgate AG, Zurich. When you make a reservation, we pass your details (e.g. name, contact information, number of people, date) to Lunchgate AG so that the reservation can be confirmed, managed and, if necessary, cancelled.

Contact forms

Messages sent via our contact forms are processed through the FormSubmit service, which operates servers in the USA. Your details (e.g. name, email address, message text) are transmitted to deliver the enquiry to us by email.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Where data is transferred to countries outside Switzerland or the EEA as a result, Cloudflare relies on recognised safeguards, in particular standard contractual clauses.

Web analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated evaluation of page views. This service works without cookies and without creating individual user profiles.

Maps

On the restaurant pages we embed maps from OpenStreetMap. When you open such a page, your browser loads map tiles directly from openstreetmap.org.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to request information about the personal data we process, as well as to request its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, insofar as the FADP provides for this. Please contact the address given below.
